What you need to know: The judge dismissed my case on Aug. 4, but he was not happy about it. His dismissal order contained extremely inflammatory language that re-hashed the prosecutor's case. It included none of our defense nor referenced the cops that lied on the stand. We are appealing this language - not the dismissal itself.

My appeals attorney just called to tell me that Jamie Raskin (Rep, Dem) is trying to subvert the legal process of having my case dismissed! He is trying to file a brief with the Appeals Court to basically appoint a lawyer as a 3rd party to oppose the dismissal of my case and the other Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.
