Democrats Try To BLOCK Dismissing My Case!
On April 23, 2026, our attorneys filed an opposition to Jamie Raskin, which I attached below.
On May 6, 2026, my appeal attorney sent me this email with (kinda, maybe) good news:
"David,
The circuit court has stayed all briefing pending issuance of the dismissal order. Meaning, the circuit court has not indicated whether it will or will not consider Raskin’s briefing. However, because it has stayed briefing, it’s a good sign that it will be acting on the government’s dismissal request because it is not ordering the parties go move forward with submissions of briefs."

There are some J6 organizations that are still raising money for J6'ers. Some are using my situation and my name to raise money. Let me be clear: I have not seen one penny of the money! Since leaving prison, no J6 organization has given us any money to help. We would be thousands of dollars short to pay the monthly bills. But Patriots like you gave, and we could fight another month.
It makes sense to give directly to someone you know.
