On Thursday, June 18 2026, the DOJ submitted a detailed motion listing the reasons why my case should be dismissed. The Appeal court dismissed my convictions and sent the case back to my trial Judge. The Judge did not immediately grant the motion, but he requested the DOJ submit a detailed list of reasons why he should dismiss the case.

When the DOJ filed with the Appeals court to dismiss my convictions, the Democrats were full force against me. In spite of these attacks, the Appeals Court granted the DOJ's motion and vacated my convictions on May 21,2026. But now the Judge at the District Court level is blocking my dismissal! He ordered the DOJ to explain WHY they thought my case should be dismissed. They did it to General Flynn too.
