My appeals attorney just called to tell me that Jamie Raskin (Rep, Dem) is trying to subvert the legal process of having my case dismissed! He is trying to file a brief with the Appeals Court to basically appoint a lawyer as a 3rd party to oppose the dismissal of my case and the other Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.

We all knew the Democrats were going to try something. They can't let this go. Here is their plan of attack.
They pulled these tricks with Gen. Michael Flynn after the DOJ tried to toss his convictions. The Appeal court would not dismiss the case. They fought for months to get it dismissed. Read about it here.
