I'm Not Free Yet - Comprehensive Update

By David, 6 June, 2026
prisoner

I wish I could say this was over, but I am still a functional prisoner of the U.S. Government. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say I am a prisoner of the Judicial process now. Some of our supporters think I was pardoned, but I have not been pardoned. The DOJ filed with the Appeals court to dismiss my convictions (NO PARDON FOR ME - It's Better!). This is better than a pardon because it erases the convictions entirely. A pardon would only grant forgiveness for the "crimes."

After the DOJ filed to dismiss my convictions, Democrats were full force against me.

Democrats Try To BLOCK Dismissing My Case!

Still Fending Off U.S. Rep. Raskin's Attacks

I Am Not A Felon Anymore!

In spite of these Democrat attacks, the Appeals Court granted the DOJ's motion and vacated my convictions on May 21,2026.

Still One More Step

After the Appeals Court dismissed my convictions, there is still one more step: My trial Judge has to dismiss the indictment. This is where we are stuck!

My trial Judge is blocking the dismissal of my case!

Judge Blocking Dismissal of My Case!

He wants the government to give a "statement of reasons" why my case should be dismissed. He gave them until yesterday (June 5, 2026) to give a response.

Now the government has asked for 2 more weeks to respond! They asked to have until June 19, 2026 to respond. The suspense is killing me!

The Current Status

  • I am not pardoned.
  • My convictions have been erased by the Appeals Court.
  • Last step: We are waiting for the government to respond to the Judge's order for a "statement of reasons" why my case should be dismissed.
  • Then, Lord willing, the indictment will be dismissed, and I will be free.

They Did It to Gen. Flynn. They're Doing It To Me.

General Flynn was also caught up in government lawfare. In Trump's first term, the DOJ filed a motion to dismiss Flynn's case. But Flynn's trial Judge tried to block it. It was the same judicial circus that paraded in my case. Eventually, Flynn's case was dismissed. We are praying my case will also be dismissed.

In 3 Weeks, I Could Finally Be Free

The government now has 2 more weeks to file their "statement of reasons." It seems that my trial Judge is taking a week to respond to motions. So in 3 weeks, I could finally be free!

Don't Give Up On Me Now!

We still need your prayers and support to make it through to the end of this part of our journey. Stay with us!
