Judge Blocking Dismissal of My Case!

By David, 30 May, 2026
hand cuffs

When the DOJ filed with the Appeals court to dismiss my convictions (NO PARDON FOR ME - It's Better!), the Democrats were full force against me.

Democrats Try To BLOCK Dismissing My Case!

Still Fending Off U.S. Rep. Raskin's Attacks

I Am Not A Felon Anymore!

In spite of these attacks, the Appeals Court granted the DOJ's motion and vacated my convictions on May 21,2026. (See attached document.)

Still One More Step

The Appeals Court dismissed my convictions and sent my case back down to the District Court (back to my trial Judge) to have the Indictment dismissed.

To help you understand the process: My whole case is being unwound from the most recent adverse event (being found guilty at trial) to the first event (being arrested and charged). They are walking the whole process back.

The first step backwards was to dismiss my convictions. [CHECK!]

The final step backwards is to dismiss my indictment (or charges). [Still in process]

So while I am not currently a felon, I am still technically "under indictment," so my rights are not restored yet.

Now The Judge Is Blocking the Dismissal!

The day after the Appeals Court made their ruling, the DOJ filed a motion with the District Court (my trial Judge) to take that final step backwards to dismiss my indictment.

The DOJ filed the motion on Friday May 22, 2026. Monday was Memorial Day (Federal holiday). A week later, on 5/28/26, the Judge at the District Court level is blocking my dismissal! He ordered the DOJ to explain WHY they thought my case should be dismissed.

All Hands On Deck! - And Pray

All we need is for the Judge to sign the order. But the Judge refuses to sign the order. He wrote

the [trial] court is concerned whether the action sufficiently protects the public

The way things are going, with so many people coming out against me, the other 11 people needing this dismissal, and the rest of the Jan6 community, I don't know what will happen.

Look at how the Democrats are fighting the Jan6 restitution fund:

CA and NY Plan to Tax J6ers at 100%

Clinton Judge Blocks Weaponization Fund Committee From Acting

And how they fought to keep the Appeals Court from dismissing my convictions:

Still Fending Off U.S. Rep. Raskin's Attacks

The DOJ has until June 5, 2026 to reply to the motion with sufficient "statement of reasons" why our case should be dismissed. (The Judge's order is attached below.)

PLEASE PRAY FOR US!

They did the same thing to General Flynn too. Will we ever get justice? My family needs me to be free. Please pray.
