The garbage truck rolls down a Dallas street. It stops at the curb. A high-resolution camera on the side of the truck photographs the houses it passes. It captures driveways, front yards, peeling paint, overgrown grass. Software scans every image for violations. It assigns each property a score - The Blight Score.

On September 11, my paperwork went to Washington. Here is what it says, and what happens next.

People thought I was exaggerating when I talked about how I thought I was under surveillance. But now it is confirmed: I WAS NAMED FOUR TIMES IN ARCTIC FROST! When I reported that a spy helicopter circled my house trying to capture my new cell phone number, people thought I was crazy. I feel totally vindicated.
