I previously reported that I was included 4 times in Jack Smith's Arctic Frost dragnet against conservatives. The key question is, "Did Jack Smith use FISA in his subpoenas?" Google and Brave searches are covering for Jack. Google says, "No, Special Counsel Jack Smith did not use the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) for the "Arctic Frost" investigation." And Brave parrots the same reply. The problem is, Jack did use FISA!
Jack Smith Used FISA In Arctic Frost
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on February 11, 2026, Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) confronted (then) Attorney General Pam Bondi with a direct challenge:
"Section 702 was used in the Arctic Frost investigation. Information derived was used by Special Counsel Jack Smith. My question has always been, and no one's been able to answer this: what was the legal predicate for using a foreign intelligence authority in the Arctic Frost investigation?"
Rep. Biggs unequivocally and emphatically states that FISA was used in Arctic Frost! And big tech is covering for Mr. Frost.
Here's a reminder of what FISA is:
FISA stands for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, a U.S. federal law enacted in 1978 that establishes procedures for the physical and electronic surveillance and collection of foreign intelligence information on American soil.
It is going to be hard for Jack Smith to demonstrate any kind of connection between me and foreign intelligence!

Pam Bondi Confirmed Its True Under Oath
Attorney General Bondi's response to Rep. Biggs was telling — she confirmed the matter (FISAs use in Arctic Frost) "has been referred to my office" and described it as "very active and ongoing."
The DOJ's own Attorney General cannot articulate the legal justification for using a foreign surveillance tool against American citizens on American soil. This is not a matter of dispute — it is a matter of official acknowledgment.
Took My Financial Records
As a part of the dragnet, it appears that Jack also took my banking records. The Senate Judiciary Committee compiled a comprehensive tracker of all Arctic Frost grand jury subpoenas (Document #1034). Analysis reveals a pattern of broad financial surveillance targeting Trump-aligned fundraising entities. (See attachment for details.)
Subpoena targets included Chain Bridge Bank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, TD Bank, Avidia Bank, TransUnion, and Bill.com — encompassing banking, credit reporting, and payment processing records.
Named individuals in these subpoenas included leaders of The Oath Keepers (the group I was with), The Proud Boys, and 1st Amendment Praetorian, alongside political operatives, fundraising consultants, and private citizens associated with the targeted committees.
FBI Paid Informants in Arctic Frost
The FBI also paid "Sedition Hunters" as confidential informants during the Arctic Frost investigation, raising additional questions about the integrity of evidence collection and the use of compensated sources in FISA-derived investigations.
The Arctic Frost dragnet violates so many laws and Constitutional right.

This kind of illegal activity can't be condoned or dismissed. America has fallen! If it hasn't fallen for you, it certainly has fallen for me. Someone has to hold these people legally responsible and submit them to the judicial process.
