On Thursday, June 18 2026, the DOJ submitted a detailed motion listing the reasons why my case should be dismissed. The Appeal court dismissed my convictions and sent the case back to my trial Judge. The Judge did not immediately grant the motion, but he requested the DOJ submit a detailed list of reasons why he should dismiss the case. That motion was submitted, so now we wait for the Judge's response. We hope the Judge will rule in our favor by Friday, 6/26/2026.
