HELP! - I’m Not on Pardon Website

By David, 5 December, 2025
pardon case numbers

There are 12 January 6 defendants that still have not been pardoned. After Peter Ticktin exposed that Todd Blanche, Deputy Director of the DOJ, was blocking my pardon, we began to see a little progress.

One Guy at DOJ is Blocking My J6 Pardon!

Trump started pardoning people again. But the remaining 12 Jan 6’ers still haven’t been pardoned.

Trump Resumes Granting Pardons - Maybe J6'ers Next?

The Office of the Pardon Attorney has an online database with all the people applying for a pardon. In May of 2025, only 2 of the 12 names were showing up. After exposing Todd Blanche in October, now 9 of the names are there. Only 3 names are missing. And MY NAME is one of those missing!

The three whose names are missing are: David Moerschel, Jessica Watkins, and Roberto Minuta. All of us are Oath Keepers. And all of us need your help!

Two Ways to Help - Do Both!

  1. Do this first: In two clicks, you can sign a letter to Trump requesting a pardon. Click this link. It will take you to a supporting website. Enter your name and address. Then sign with your finger or mouse. Click submit. It's easy!
  2. Then do this: Order postcards to mail to Trump at the White House urging him to pardon the remaining 12.
    1. Request the postcards using this link: I want to help by mailing postcards!
    2. We will send you the postcards at no cost to you. (Order a few extra to give out.)
    3. Write your name and address.
    4. Go to your Church, local political club, etc. with the postcards and ask other people to sign them as well.
    5. Put it in the mailbox. Your stamp is a donation!

Send an email to friends and family asking them to sign the electronic pardon request letter.
