Mark McCloskey, my attorney, (remember him?) has delivered my claim against the government for false imprisonment. We have a lot of reasons we deserve compensation after 4 years of cruelty.
- We were subject to illegal surveillance.
- We were given an eviction notice after I was arrested.
- My name and face were plastered across national and international news.
- I was branded a terrorist and seditionist,
- fired from my job,
- threatened with life imprisonment if I didn't lie and agree to their false statements (I would never agree to their lies!),
- put on trial for 6 weeks,
- and thrown in prison.
They Injured My Wife and Children!
Out of everything, one reason for compensation stands out: My son sent me a letter while I was shivering in my prison cell:
"Hi Dada, In 9 days it will be our birthday. And how are you feeling today? And I hope you can come home for our birthday. I love you Dada. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO"
His birthday was coming up, and he wanted his Dada to be there. But I was rotting in my cell while my wife had no earned income to pay the bills. If it weren't for the gifts and donations of patriots and Christians, she would have been forced onto the street with three small children.
DOJ Still Stonewalling Our Claim
Back in October I wrote about how the DOJ was blocking our claims and that Todd Blanche was at the center of stonewalling J6 restitution. Read about it here:

Just in case you thought that the DOJ was reformed, our attorney sent this message out:
"I called the...DOJ and asked if...I could physically deliver all the [claims]...I got a call back...from a "male administrator" (he refused to give me his name) who told me that..I could FedEx them or FAX them! So this is our new and improved justice department: no transparency, and no support. Even after I informed the guy that there would be 16,200 pages he said to fax them in."
